What does the Pastor’s Study teach about God and salvation?

We believe in one God in three eternal Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe we are saved by grace alone, through Christ’s atoning work on the cross. Good works do not save us, they are the evidence that we have been saved by the grace of God through faith in Christ.

What is the Pastor’s Study teaching regarding abortion, pre-marital sex, and homosexual behavior?

We affirm the Bible’s teaching that these are sin. There is forgiveness for these sins, and all sin, through repentance and faith in Christ.

If a person struggles with same sex attraction, what ministries would you recommend?

You want a ministry which lovingly upholds the Bible’s teaching that homosexual behavior is wrong.  To find a support group or Christian counselor in your area, go to, hit “find help”, and see on their map if there is something for you. is also a great website.

What does the Pastor’s Study teach regarding the End Times?

We believe Jesus Christ will return at the end of time, raise the dead, judge the world, and bring in the new heavens and the new earth. We believe the rapture (the “catching up”) of the Church will happen at the 2nd Coming of Christ. We believe in eternal heaven for believers and eternal hell for those who reject Christ.

How can I tell if my church is a Biblical church?

Pastor Brock recommends asking your pastor the following questions:

  • Do you believe in the infallibility of Scripture?
  • Do you believe that Jesus is the only way of salvation (John 14:6, Acts 4:12)?
  • Do you believe heaven AND hell exist?
  • What are your views on abortion, pre-marital sex, and homosexual behavior?
  • Do you believe in the Virgin Birth of Christ and the miracles of the Bible?
Where do your donations to The Pastor’s Study go?
Our TV ministry is run by volunteers. The only one who gets a salary is myself, and it is modest. Overwhelmingly when you give money to The Pastor’s Study it goes to buy airtime to put our TV show on around the country. We have a board of committed Christians who oversee the ministry and finances. You can rest assured that your money is going toward reaching people with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
We praise God for those who give on a monthly basis, a one-time basis, or who might include us in their will.
Please pray about if God would have you support our ministry as we strive to reach people for Christ and to encourage the Church to follow the Word and not the world. If you would like to donate online, you can do so, otherwise, you can send a check to:
